Managing conflict, breaking bad news, or giving uncomfortable feedback to a colleague could all fall into the category of conversations that we’d rather avoid. The good new is that mastering difficult conversations is a skill we can learn, just like any other.

This practical and interactive session focuses on skills to help you:

Appreciate why difficult conversations are good for you

Recognise communication patterns

Learn practical steps for having a difficult conversation

Use body language, gestures and voice to support your words

Jennifer believes that clear communication elevates business, teamwork and profitability. She works with organisations and individuals to develop their communication confidence so they can be better at what they do.
